Mike and Damon returned from the U.K. yesterday following the test screening of BEYOND BLACK ROCK at the London Burning Man Festival last weekend, and now the Gone Off Deep crew turns its attention to the first-ever test screening in the U.S. – right here in our own backyard.
This coming Friday, May 14, BEYOND BLACK ROCK will be shown under the stars at The Enchanted Forest (1408 W Oltorf, near the intersection of Oltorf and South Lamar) in beautiful Austin, Texas. We’ll be gathering together with local Burners and other arts enthusiasts who’ll share their feedback with us before we go into the final round of edits.
The screening benefits the Art Garden, a new non-profit devoted to nurturing the seeds of creativity in local artists. Admission is on a sliding scale, ranging from $5 to $10.
If you're in the Austin area and want to catch a sneak peek at BEYOND BLACK ROCK, bring your blanket, along with some snacks and drinks, and join us for some silver screen magic under the stars.
The film will roll at 9PM, so get there early to stake out your spot.
